Raw Material 
wood waste can be used ,such as sawdust ,wood chips,tree branches ,rice husk 
and so on,but the size should less than 5mm.
If the material cannot achieve the requirement ,it should be crush first ,and the 
moisture of the raw material is about 8-12%,Final size should be less than 6mm 

Final Product
for different model,the final product size is different,but for the briquette's shape,we generally 
suggest this thress shape;round,hexagon and square shape
normally,Hexagon is easy forming briquettes,and best selling shape,final briquettes is high density,
never be broken when transporting,

Density;1400kg/m³        Calorific value;4000-4500Kcal
1kg sawdust briquettes could burning 80 minutes
After deal with by carbonization machine,we can get charcoal briquettes,
1kg charcoal briquettes could burning 120 minutes,


Wokring process;crusher----dryer----briquettes machine ----carbonization machine 
1 if the raw material is bigger then 6mm,we need crushing it first,with the crusher,final product daimeter
need be 3-6mm.
2 raw material moisture need less then 14%,if the moisture is too high,it will destory the briquette
machine,so normally the moisture need less then 14%,we could according to your production line capacity,suggest a suitable dryer for you 
3 put the raw material into the briquette machine feed hole,forming briquette.
4 put the sawdust briquettes to charcoal furnace,lighting the fire,start the carbonizaition,the carbonizating time about is 8-10 hours,then take out the inner basket cooling it 5-8 hours,get the charcoal briquettes
